Permits done right
Heat pump or gas furnace with central air, we work on both, and the choice of what comes next is yours. We pull the permit on every job and do the work to code the first time. It also protects you when you sell: AC or furnace work done without a permit can come up at the Davis resale inspection and may have to be redone.
Common AC problems we repair
