Solar Deadline Announced – 5:00 PM, April 13, 2023

If you don't commit to solar by this deadline you will lose 75% to 90% of the payment you receive from PG&E for the extra solar power you produce. This loss continues for the next 20 years if the application for solar is not received and approved by PG&E before the deadline of 4/13/23 at 5:00pm.
Those who beat the deadline will be rewarded with payment from PG&E for excess electricity at 25 to 30 cents per kWh for 20 years... enough to pay for your solar system quickly!
But if you miss this deadline, you will only get paid 5-8 cents per kWh for 20 years, making solar much more expensive for you in the long run.
